Time : 2026-01-08
WENZHOU, CHINA – Wenzhou Yueyou Artware Co., Ltd. (Yueyou Craft), a leading one-stop provider of printing and packaging solutions, made a standout appearance at the 2025 Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Occupying booth 1A-C23 in the Mainland China pavilion, the company presented its diverse portfolio of eco-friendly packaging, creative stationery, and custom promotional products—cementing its position as a trusted partner for global brands seeking high-quality, compliant, and tailored packaging solutions.

The Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, one of the world’s largest trade events for promotional merchandise and gift products, attracts over 30,000 buyers annually from 150+ countries, making it a pivotal platform for international business connections. For Yueyou Craft, the fair was an opportunity to bridge its manufacturing expertise with global market demands: “We’ve long served clients in North America, Western Europe, and East Asia, but events like this let us connect with emerging markets and showcase our capabilities beyond our existing network,” said Alex Chen, International Sales Manager at Yueyou Craft, who led the company’s 5-person delegation at the fair.
At the 20-square-meter booth, Yueyou Craft’s display was designed to highlight both its product diversity and commitment to quality. The front showcase featured its signature eco-friendly lines: reusable non-woven shopping bags (adorned with custom brand prints), BPA-free food-grade plastic packaging, and recycled paper gift boxes—all aligned with global sustainability trends. Alongside these, a wall of creative stationery (custom notepads, brand stickers, and decorative folders) drew interest from buyers in the retail and corporate gifting sectors, with many stopping to examine the intricate details of processes like gold stamping and precision die-cutting.
A key focal point of the booth was the display of Yueyou Craft’s certification logos: Disney, BSCI, and WCA. These credentials, which reflect adherence to strict ethical production, social responsibility, and product safety standards, resonated strongly with international buyers. “For brands like ours, working with suppliers that meet global compliance benchmarks is non-negotiable,” noted Maria Gonzalez, a procurement manager for a Spanish retail chain, who visited the booth to discuss custom packaging for a 2026 holiday product line. “Yueyou’s certifications, combined with their ability to handle large-scale orders, make them a top contender for our partnership.”

Beyond product displays, the Yueyou Craft team prioritized personalized engagement: each visitor received a tailored catalog highlighting solutions for their industry (e.g., food packaging for F&B clients, promotional bags for retail brands) and access to on-site design consultations. “Many buyers come to the fair with a vague idea of what they need—our in-house design team can turn those ideas into tangible samples in days,” Chen explained, referencing the company’s 10,000-square-meter production facility and 100+ person team (including 12 creative designers).
The fair also provided a platform for Yueyou Craft to strengthen existing partnerships. A long-standing client from Japan’s Daiwa Group (with whom Yueyou has a 10-year strategic collaboration) visited the booth to preview new packaging designs for their 2025 autumn collection. “Consistency in quality and on-time delivery is why we’ve worked with Yueyou for a decade,” said Takashi Sato, Daiwa’s global sourcing director. “Events like this let us deepen that trust by seeing their latest innovations firsthand.”
By the end of the 4-day fair, Yueyou Craft had secured 12 preliminary cooperation agreements (covering orders worth an estimated $1.2 million) and built a pipeline of 35+ qualified leads. For the company, the success underscores the value of global trade events in amplifying its reach: “We started as a local manufacturer in Wenzhou, but our goal is to become a go-to packaging partner for brands worldwide,” Chen said. “The Hong Kong Fair isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about showing the world that Chinese manufacturers can deliver both quality and reliability at scale.”
As the 2025 Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair concluded, the Yueyou Craft team left with a clear roadmap: follow up with leads, finalize sample designs for new clients, and prepare for their next global showcase . For a company that prides itself on “customer-first” service, the event was more than a trade show—it was a testament to how expertise, compliance, and collaboration can turn regional manufacturing strength into global success.
